Stephanie is a fifth generation descendant of German vinedressers from the Rhineland. She started making wine when she was just 9 years of age and by the time she was 14 she had become the youngest winemaker to take home medals at the local wine show. She has produced Trophy, Gold, Silver and Bronze award winning wines for both her family’s winery, Helm Wines, and her own label – The Vintner’s Daughter. In 2014, Stephanie and her husband purchased a small winery and vineyard at Murrumbateman in the Canberra Cool Climate Wine District.
