Practising across a range of fields from administrative and constitutional law, to commercial and industrial law, to medical negligence, Jeremy is a versatile and experienced advocate. He undertakes both trial and appellate work, and has appeared before the High Court in more than forty matters.
- Appointed as Judge and Judge of Appeals in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2022.
- Commended practice as a barrister in 2002, and was appointed a Senior Counsel (SC) in 2011.
- Awarded a Rhodes Scholarship and was a recipient of a Vinerian Scholarship whilst studying at the University of Oxford.
- Recipient of the ANU University Medal in Law.
- He has published a series of papers on constitutional, administrative and tort law.
